We’ve worked with Medicare on a number of projects this year, converting paper-based, manual processes, into streamlined online processes.
The latest system we’ve developed is a Clinical Audit Tool. Each time a Medicare paramedic treats a patient, patient and treatment details are recorded. These records are then audited to ensure correct procedures are followed, and for CQC purposes.
The bespoke system we developed includes a dashboard, giving the management a quick overview of the overall company compliance as well as compliance across each of the 7 audit areas. Several views are available, displaying compliance by year, month or location.
Medicare can then drill down into the data, displaying compliance by venue or by staff member, thereby enabling them to address any recurring lapses in compliance.
This system is part of a suite of internal systems we have created, including a staff rostering system, drug management system, equipment management system and e-learning portal.
