We’ve been working on a quote and job tracking system for Cotswold Surveyors. The system enables Cotswold Surveyors to produce detailed survey quotations for clients and to check the status of any quotation enabling staff to easily chase up outstanding work. Once a quote is accepted, it then converts to a job which can then be tracked through the survey process to the point of generating an invoice for the client.

The system replaces a paper and Access database system, and with online access, enables remote access to all users across Cotswold Surveyor’s two offices which was impossible with a paper-based system.

The new system is setup to easily add new functionality, with thoughts around enabling surveyors to record their surveys onsite rather than transcribing from a paper report when back in the office.
